You MUST READ the PREP-INSTRUCTIONS 48 hrs. prior to your APPT!

After scheduling your appointment, click on the FORMS tab to download the forms needed for your specific scan, and review the PREP-INSTRUCTIONS. 

When you arrive at the 701 Green Valley Pkwy location, go to the second floor and check in with the front desk receptionist. Have a seat in the waiting area and the clinical thermographer will come out to get you at your appointment time. For women's breast or upper body scans, you will need to disrobe only from the waist up and change into a paper gown that will be provided. Hair needs to be up off the neck & shoulders, and all jewelry removed. For full-body scans, men and women are given a medical gown upon disrobing, and must wear a G-string or speedo style underwear at all times. If needed for men who may not have the appropriate under garment, one will be provided. The thermographer will sit and review your forms with you prior to imaging, along with any other documentation you are requested to bring with you from previous imaging reports. The amount of time before your scan is necessary for your body to adjust to the controlled room temperature, which is approximately 15 minutes. The first 30  minutes of your appointment is preparation, and the scan takes approximately 15 minutes. Your appointment will be 1 hour from start to finish, except for full-body scans. Additional time is allowed for NEW clients due to the amount of information given, and questions asked.

Your forms and images will be sent through a secure HIPAA compliant account to the thermologist for interpretation. You will receive your thermography report in 5  "BUSINESS" days. (excluding holidays)
