After you schedule an appointment for a scan, click on the FORMS tab on the homepage, download and print the forms needed, and REVIEW THE PREP-INSTRUCTIONS. 

When you arrive at 701 Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV check-in with the receptionist on the 2nd floor - Suite 200. If the receptionist is not available upon your arrival, PLEASE have a seat in the waiting area and we will come out to get you @ YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME! 

For breast and upper body scans, you will need to disrobe from the waist up and change into a paper gown that will be provided. Your hair needs to be up off the neck and shoulders and all jewelry removed. For full-body scans (men and women) are given a medical gown but MUST wear a G-string or bikini style bathing suit bottoms. If needed for men who may not have the appropriate under garment, one will be provided at an extra cost. 

After changing, the thermographer will review your paperwork with you prior to imaging, along with any other documentation you bring with you from previous imaging reports. The amount of time before your scan is necessary for your body to adjust to the controlled room temperature, which is approximately 15 minutes. The first 30  minutes of your appointment is preparation, and the scan takes approximately 15-30 minutes. Your appointment will be 1 hour from start to finish. Additional time is allowed for NEW clients due to the amount of information given, and questions asked.

You will receive your thermography report within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. Cash and credit cards only. No personal checks. There will be an extra charge for credit card use, due to the extra cost for merchant fees charged at 2.5%
